The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, just outside of the village centre. the serene mountain stream just outside the window and stunning views of the scenic mountains were a highlight. the hotel staff was accommodating and friendly, with great service. the comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms were cleaned daily. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with something for everyone. the sauna facilities were relaxing and invigorating after days of hiking and biking.
The evening of traditional Austrian Music, as described in one review, may not be suitable for those with physical handicaps who are sensitive to loud noises.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, very accommodating and always happy to help, especially during breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to be directed to a traditional Austrian music evening upon check-in. The hotel's location was perfect, just outside the village center and close to a nearby lake in Italy. The mountain stream outside our window provided a beautiful and calming view. The cleanliness and facilities of this hotel were top-notch, and we had no issues with parking or transportation.
There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at this hotel.

Great location for outdoor sports activities and beautiful scenery. Sauna was a nice addition and the staff was friendly and gave good service.
Rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The breakfast was average and lacked variety.

Great location next to a river and near to ski slopes, also, the Christmas decorations were a nice touch. the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly.
The rooms were quite small and the heating didn't work properly. the bathroom was not clean and definitely needed some updating.
